Visioneer Strobe 500 Scanner Receives Product of the Year Award

Visioneer, Inc., a leader in intelligent document imaging solutions, announced that the Visioneer Strobe 500 document scanner is the recipient of a PCMag.com Best of the Year 2010 Award in two categories, desktop scanner and mobile scanner.

Just in time for holiday shopping, PC Magazine announced the recipients of their sixth annual Best of the Year Awards that highlight the 80 top products (well, 79 since the Strobe 500 won twice) their analysts picked from hundreds of reviews conducted this year that rise above the rest.

According to PC Magazine, “for the past year, the PCMag Labs have, as usual, been a busy hive of activities as senior and junior analysts put all manner of tech products through their paces. For them, it’s a normal work week to run benchmarks, stress tests, perform green tech checks (including a product's energy efficiency, recyclability, and what kind of environmental certifications it has).
